Serhan Yilmaz, who is the first author of the study, is an MS graduate of CICEKLAB. He has been seeking his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Mehmet Koyuturk at CWRU and has been doing a fantastic job. RECOMB is one of the top conferences of the bioinformatics field and has an acceptance rate < 20%. We are honored by this prestigious award.
